Seagull Inn Policies

General Information: Room rates are per room, per night, for two adults; an 11% County hotel tax and is added when completing your reservation. Two rooms, The Barn and Geranium, can accommodate more than 2 guests. There is a $25 per night charge for each extra guest; this includes children. All rates include a daily breakfast.

Minimum Night Stays: Weekends require a 2 night minimum stay. Holidays require a 3 night minimum stay. Mid-week, rooms that are not reserved over the coming weekend will often open to single night bookings.

Deposit: Lodging costs must be guaranteed by credit card on the day reservations are made. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. We charge the first night’s stay at the time of reservation.

Service Fee: The Seagull Inn Bed & Breakfast has a $9 per night service fee that is collected at the time of booking. This is passed directly to your Innkeepers and Housekeepers for their hard work and commitment to ensuring an amazing hospitality experience during your stay.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require advance notice. When you make a reservation, your room is held exclusively for you, and will not be sold to anyone else. Should you need to cancel, 8 days notice is required prior to your arrival, for a refund, less a nominal $20 fee. Should you cancel 7 days or less before your arrival, you will be responsible for the value of your reserved room nights to the extent they cannot be resold.

Travel Insurance: You may want to purchase Travel Insurance, available through https://www.visitorscoverage.com, to help with unexpected medical needs, travel needs or canceled trips.

Check In & Out: Check in time is 3:00 – 7:00 PM, or 3:00 – 8:00 PM in the late spring to early fall. Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM as we will need to give you instructions for self check in. Arriving after 10:00 PM may disturb other guests; please be respectful. Check out time is 11:00 AM.

Non Smoking Property: Smoking is not allowed on the property. A $200 cleaning fee is charged for smoking of any kind in a guest room.

Pet Policy: Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets in our rooms.
